Our dry cured bacon is produced from local Isle of Wight and Hampshire free range pork to create a lovely traditional Isle of Wight and Hampshire full flavoured bacon.
We also produce our own traditional hard wood smoked bacon. All of which of which can be sliced to the thickness and pack size to your specification. We also dry cure the Gammons & Collars which again we will cut to the joint size that you require.
