Beef is matured for a minimum of ten days. Prepared to very high
standards by Hamiltons team of skilled Butchers. The
lambs are matured for a minimum of four days. Ready for individual

Our dry cured bacon is produced from local free range pork to create
a lovely traditional flavoured bacon. We also produce our own traditional
hard wood smoked bacon. All of which of which can be sliced to the
thickness and pack size to your specification. We also dry cure
the Gammons & Collars which again we will cut to the joint size
